SCOPE is a strategic marketing consultancy founded by Viviana García, a Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience running complex initiatives across infrastructure, financial services, and healthcare.

Where the approach comes from

Before marketing, there were pipelines. Viviana’s career started in large-scale infrastructure project management in Mexico — coordinating multi-stakeholder construction projects involving some of the country’s most complex water systems. That environment — high stakes, tight deadlines, non-negotiable delivery — shaped a way of working that she brought with her when she moved into marketing.

The shift into financial services, and then into pharma, added a different kind of complexity: regulated environments, senior stakeholders with competing priorities, and marketing initiatives that had to move through layers of approval without losing momentum. That’s the intersection SCOPE was built on.

Sectors and clients

SCOPE’s work spans financial services, healthcare, and pharma,  sectors where stakeholder complexity and compliance awareness are not optional extras but baseline requirements.

Past and current projects include a European rebrand for a financial services firm operating across Spain and France, a B2B e-commerce launch in the dental equipment sector, and an ongoing embedded engagement with a global pharmaceutical company providing cross-functional marketing project management and internal communications support to a senior marketing team across multiple European markets.

Healthcare and pharma form the core of SCOPE’s positioning; not because other sectors are excluded, but because the operational rigour those industries demand translates directly into better outcomes everywhere else.
